# Proxyrack > Proxyrack is a proxy network and web scraping platform: rotating and sticky residential, datacenter and mobile proxies across 140+ countries, with 35M+ residential IPs rotating through the network each month, plus a flat-priced Scraping API with JavaScript rendering, CAPTCHA solving and anti-bot bypass built in. Connections work over HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5 and UDP with country, city and ISP targeting. Self-serve signup with plans that are unmetered (per-port/thread) or per-GB depending on product.
