Residential pricing questions

What’s the difference between Premium Residential, Private Residential, and Unlimited Residential?

We offer three types of residential proxies. Here’s how they compare:

Premium Residential
- Best quality IPs in our network with a clean, fast, high success rate
- Pay for the amount of GB you need
- Rotating or sticky ports - choose what fits your use case
- Great for account creation, scraping, or tasks that need trusted IPs

Private Residential
- Fixed monthly price based on how many ports you need
- Unlimited bandwidth (no data limits)
- Dedicated access - you get stable, private residential IPs
- Perfect for long-term sessions, botting, automation, or scaling

Unlimited Residential
- Budget-friendly option
- Shared proxies, not private but still unlimited bandwidth
- Billed per thread (you choose how many connections you want)
- Includes random and sticky ports
- Good for large-scale scraping or low-sensitivity tasks

All plans support HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5, and UDP protocols, and each comes with its own proxy pool.

Can I choose the country for my residential proxies and where can I see the full list?

Yes, all residential proxy plans support country-level geo-targeting. You can select your target country directly in the dashboard before connecting, or set it via your username if you're using the API (e.g. username;country=US).

A full list of available countries is accessible in your dashboard or on our dedicated country availability page
. Popular regions include the US, UK, Germany, India, and Brazil.

How many proxies do I get per GB?

Premium Residential plans don’t limit you to a fixed number of proxies. Instead, your plan gives you access to our full pool of millions of rotating residential IPs.

For example, with a 10GB plan, you can connect to as many different IPs as you like, your only limits are data usage and thread allowance. The pool is dynamic and updates constantly, giving you fresh IPs on every request or session.

Does each device get a unique IP when I connect multiple devices?

Yes, when you connect multiple devices to our residential proxies, each device can receive a unique IP address.

With Premium Residential proxies, for example, you can connect to as many different IPs simultaneously as needed (up to the 90,000 thread limit). Each device connecting through a different session or port will typically be assigned a different IP from our rotating pool.

Because our residential proxy pool contains millions of IPs, simultaneous connections from multiple devices will usually result in each receiving a unique IP, allowing you to operate multiple devices with separate online identities.

What does 'threads' mean?

A thread is a single connection to a proxy IP. Think of it like a tunnel your browser or bot uses to reach the internet.

Each time your tool loads a webpage, image, or file it uses one thread. Most modern websites load many elements (HTML, CSS, images, scripts), so even one browser profile might use 10–20 threads at once.

More threads = more simultaneous connections = better performance and scale.

With more threads, you can run more bots, open more tabs, or scrape faster all at once.

Thread limits by plan:

Premium Residential Proxies
✔ Up to 90,000 threads
✔ Full access to our pool, just limited by GB usage
A thread cap is the maximum number of simultaneous connections you can make. If you go over it, you’ll hit errors (e.g., a 466 error for HTTP, or "connection closed" for SOCKS). Once a resource is fully loaded, that thread becomes available again.

Private Residential Proxies
✔ 140 threads per port
✔ For example: 5 ports = 700 threads total
✔ Each port gives you a sticky IP that rotates after a set duration

Unlimited Residential Proxies
✔ Thread limit = number of threads you purchase
✔ e.g., 250-thread plan = 250 concurrent connectionsEach thread connects to one IP at a time, so your plan determines how many connections you can run in parallel.

What does ‘ports’ mean?

A port is your connection point to a proxy IP. Think of it like a numbered lane on a highway and each lane (port) takes you to a different destination (IP address).

The number of ports in your plan determines how many unique proxy IPs you can access at once. Each port is dedicated to you during use and handles rotation automatically depending on the type.

We offer two types of ports:

- Random Ports: Rotate the IP on every request, this is great for scraping or automation.

- Sticky Ports: Keep the same IP for a set time, this is ideal for logins or session-based tools.

Each port allows up to 140 threads, so more ports = more threads = more scale.

You’ll find your available ports under the Endpoints tab in your dashboard.

What does ‘GB’ mean?

GB stands for gigabyte, a unit of data measurement.

In our proxy plans, GB refers to how much traffic (data) you can send and receive through the proxy. Some of our plans, like Premium Residential and Mobile, are billed per GB. You’re charged based on how much data you use.

For example:
A 50GB Premium Residential plan gives you 50 gigabytes of data to use across millions of rotating residential IPs.

This is different from thread-based or port-based plans, where billing is based on connections or concurrency rather than bandwidth.

Can I run hundreds of profiles or bots at once?

Yes, but it depends on your thread limits, not just your plan type.

Premium Residential (GB-based): Supports up to 90,000 threads, so you can run hundreds (or even thousands) of profiles at once, as long as your data allowance covers it.

Private Residential (Ports based): Threads are tied to ports - you get 140 threads per port (e.g., 5 ports = 700 threads). You can add more ports if you need more threads.

Unlimited Residential (Threads based): Threads are purchased directly (e.g. a 500-thread plan = 500 threads). Your limit is based on the number of threads in your subscription.

For high-volume use like scraping, automation, or managing many accounts, just make sure your plan has enough concurrent connections and enough data if you're on a GB-based plan like Premium Residential.

How do sticky and rotating ports work?

Sticky and rotating ports control how long your IP address stays the same before changing:

Sticky Ports: Assign you an IP that stays consistent for a set duration, usually 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Ideal for logins, browsing sessions, and tasks that need a stable identity. You can adjust the rotation timing (for sticky ports) in your dashboard or by modifying your authentication string. giving you full control over how often your IP changes.

Rotating (Random) Ports: Assign a new IP every time you make a request. Best for scraping, automation, and use cases where frequent IP changes help avoid blocks.
