Unmetered Residential Proxies Refund Policy

Customers are only eligible for a refund if a payment is made via the Paddle merchant system (PayPal and Credit Cards).

Subscriptions paid for on Paddle on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly), can be canceled at any time. If you don’t cancel before your next re-bill, you are not eligible for a refund on that payment (although we can suspend your account so you can use your proxies at a later date if preferred, 3 month maximum suspension).

Refunds will be issued if you, the customer, are unhappy with their Unmetered Residential subscription, if the customer cancels their subscription and requests a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued to any person who has previously subscribed to or had a free or paid trial (including 7 Day Trial of All Proxy Products) of any Unmetered Residential Subscription. This includes current and old accounts.

If your refund is approved, access to your proxy subscription will cease immediately (cancelations with no refund will have access until the end of the current billing period).

We do offer pro-rata refunds for upgrades and some changes to subscriptions, this is done via our helpdesk support@proxyrack.com.

Subscriptions covered under Unmetered Residential are currently:

  • Elite 100 threads

  • Guru 200 threads

  • Mega 500 threads

  • Pro 1000 threads

  • Super 2000 threads

  • Gold 5000 threads

Premium Residential Proxies Refund Policy

Refunds are available on the subscriptions below:

  • 1GB Premium Residential: full refund if refund request is within 72 hours of purchase.

  • All other Premium Residential subscriptions: refunds for unused GBs are available if the refund request is within 72 hours of purchase

If you purchase a 1GB Premium Residential subscription as a trial & want to upgrade, you can contact us and we can arrange a pro rata refund of your previous subscription

Mobile Proxies

Refunds are only available on the 1 USA Mobile Proxy plan, if you trial that plan & want to upgrade, you can contact us and we can arrange a pro-rata refund of your previous subscription.
