Refund Disclaimer

Users are only allowed one account per person. Any accounts duplicated or associated or believed to be linked to the refund request user deemed by the site owner may void the refund request if a previous subscription exists for the service.

Unmetered Residential (MegaProxy) Proxies Refund Policy

Customers are only eligible for a refund if a payment is made via the Paddle merchant system (PayPal and Credit Cards).

 

No refunds are issued for subscriptions paid with cryptocurrency, Coinbase or local / Payssion payment methods, no exceptions.

 

Subscriptions paid for on Paddle on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly),  can be canceled at any time. If you don’t cancel before your next re-bill, you are not eligible for a refund on that payment (although we can suspend your account so you can use your proxies at a later date if preferred, 3 month maximum suspension).

 

Refunds will be issued if you, the customer, are unhappy with their Unmetered Residential subscription, if the customer cancels their subscription and requests a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.

 

Refunds will not be issued to any person who has previously subscribed to or had a free trial of any Unmetered Residential Subscription. This includes current and old accounts.

 

If your refund is approved, access to your proxy subscription will cease immediately (cancelations with no refund will have access until the end of the current billing period).

 

We do offer pro-rata refunds for upgrades and some changes to subscriptions, this is done via our helpdesk [email protected]

 

Subscriptions covered under Unmetered Residential (MegaProxy) are currently:

  • Elite 100 threads
  • Guru 200 threads
  • Mega 500 threads
  • Pro 1000 threads
  • Super 2000 threads

Premium GEO Residential Proxies Refund Policy

Customers are only eligible for a refund if a payment is made via the Paddle merchant system (PayPal and Credit Cards).

Private Residential Proxies Refund Policy

Customers are only eligible for a refund if a payment is made via the Paddle merchant system (PayPal and Credit Cards).

Residential VPN Refund Policy

Customers are only eligible for a refund if a payment is made via the Paddle merchant system (PayPal and Credit Cards).

 

No refunds are issued for subscriptions paid with cryptocurrency, Coinbase or local / Payssion payment methods, no exceptions.

3 Day Free Trial of All Proxy Products

As this is a trial product, there are strictly no refunds on this subscription
